As you
can see when you received your item it was very well packed, we try and make
sure there is 3" inches of packing all around the item and we use heavy boxes,
bubble and peanuts to fill any void.
That's why It does not happen that often, (Maybe 1 in
400 items) but when it does here is our how to:
As soon
as you get the Damaged item.....
(1) Email us ASAP, if you have a Digital Camera ....
A picture would be nice.
(2) Please keep all the packaging and slip on the box
intact.
(3) In most cases we will need the item back if we self
insured it.
(4) If we posted insurance on the package, you take your item with packaging right to your local USPS office
and file the claim, between you and them that's every thing you need right
there, you have the package and they can look it up with the tracking number,
they will take care of the rest for you.
UPS is automatically insured for
up to $200.

Then they will send us a form to fill out and we will
send it back to them, then they cut a check.

Insurance: This was why, and in most cases
its only $1.30 and that's a small price to pay for piece of mind like right
now....
Shipping out of the
country
When we ship out of the country,
we are not able to track your package very well and we may not be able to
insure it, so please be aware of the risks involved. We cannot be responsible
for items held up in customs or missing once they have left the U.S.
